get/lost sells digital products only. There is nothing physical to ship. This page explains how your eSIM is delivered and what to expect after you place an order.
How delivery works
When you purchase an eSIM from get/lost, your order is delivered digitally by email. Within 60 seconds of your payment being confirmed, you will receive an email containing your QR code and step-by-step installation instructions. There are no physical items, no postage costs, and no waiting for a courier.
Delivery times
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 60 seconds of payment. In rare cases of high demand or technical delays, delivery may take up to 10 minutes. If you have not received your QR code within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
Delivery is complete when
Delivery is considered complete when your QR code email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address. get/lost is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or a full inbox.
Installing your eSIM
You can install your eSIM at any time after receiving the QR code: you do not need to activate it straight away. We recommend installing it before you travel on your home Wi-Fi connection. The eSIM will not use any data or begin counting down until you activate it at your destination. Full installation instructions are included in your delivery email and on our installation guide page.
Not received your QR code?
If your QR code has not arrived within 15 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Check that the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Search your inbox for an email from hello@gogetlost.co
If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@gogetlost.co with your order number and we will resend it immediately.
Delivery costs
Delivery is always free. There are no postage, handling, or digital delivery fees on any order.
